The reversible thing is genius — velvet side out for cold mornings, silk side for when my daughter just wants to lounge. She wore it over her pajamas all weekend and refused to take it off. The patch pocket is a nice touch too, she keeps her little lip balm in there.
Bought this for my 7-year-old who hates getting out of bed on cold mornings, and the velvet side has completely won her over. The reversible silk lining means she can flip it depending on how chilly it is, which is a nice touch for the price.
My daughter wears this robe every morning now, and the velvet side is her favorite when the house gets chilly. The silk lining feels genuinely soft against her skin, not scratchy like her old fleece one.
